Congrats, Imzadi. My M200 just arrived today too, from Todd at isellpens.com. I'm trying to savor it as I open it. It is a beautiful thing to behold for sure. I brought a bottle of Noodlers Navy for the pen's maiden voyage.I'll fill it and give it a whirl.

Wow, what a coincidence, me too! I'm so excited.
Just slide the model tag up and down until it comes off.
Tag finally came off with a little mussing about...
... but I have to tell you that Old Manhattan is insidious. Not only do I have ink on my middle finger and thumb of my left hand (seriously, I can't bottle fill a pen without inky fingers for the life of me), but it won't come off even while still fresh and with soap. LOL.
And, unfortunately, the nib creep with this ink is pretty bad. I mean NOTICABLY bad. I've never used this ink before, so maybe I'll clean out the pen and try Legal Lapis, which I'm really fond of right now.
I've never had a piston fill pen without a converter before. What's the best way to clean this pen out?
EDIT: must be the combination of pen and ink, because the ink doesn't do so badly in my friend's Picasso that I just filled for her.
Congratulations! Newbie myself, my 1st Pelikan (M200F) {and 3rd FP in first 3 weeks}
was delivered earlier this week. Bought it used, but barely as I have the May receipt.
I franticly searched cleaning procedures couple of nights ago when the piston stuck.
[Pretty sure original owner filled with Noodler's Black, possible cause for the sticking].
You probably can get no better info than what all Richard Binder offers,
including Reference Info (along left border).
