Hi everyone, I just wanted to give a big two thumbs up to Les (FPN member lesg666) who has been excellent to deal with. They were attentive, prompt and extremely pleasant to deal with. I purchased a pen and there was a slight problem but this was resolved quickly and without any bumps along the way.
