I have a 26 year old loyal and faithful Model 146 (my 1st decent FP that was acquired in a trade for Porsche Carrera Sunglasses (giving away my age). It slid off my computer table in a closed state and totally split open, off the seams with a lodged nib assembly somewhere in the cap or the barrel or both. I already sent it to PA for repair. I have sent many a pen there but none in this condition, any input on what I may expect appreciated.
