I know that some Waterman pens cannot accept international cartridges. I'm considering a Carene for use at work with Diamine Registrar's ink in cartridges, so I want to make sure they fit before buying the pen. Thanks.

I am not sure - but Pendemonium (no connection) has a list of what carts (and therefore what convertors) fit what pens. As far as I know Carenes use standard international size. My Carene has a convertor so I am not sure.

good luck.

I've been using Levenger's international longs in one of mine, if that helps.

The CARENE use international large (or mini) size ink cartridges, J.M.L.
