Full Version: What Pilot pens fit CON-70 Converters?

Hi,

I have three CON-70 converters which cannot be used in my pens since they're so honking huge! The filler mechanism is great though.

So what pens by Pilot can be used with CON-70 Vacuum converters? I know that's a silly question, but it's either I three pens that fit without spending money or sell them outright.

What do you think?

Using babelfish to translate Pilot's website, the following current Fountain Pens can use the Con-70 Cartridge:

Custom 845
Quattro
Custom Extra Smooth FKK-3MR
Custom 743
Legance
Custom 742
Bamboo
Custom Maple

If you are talking about the converter, it's sold under Namiki (NAM-69901, NAM-70008). Pendemonium lists them on their Namiki Ink page.

Can the Namiki Falcon use the Con-70?
nemesiz
Unfortunately I don't own a Namiki Falcon, so cannot confirm whether the Con-70 converter fits the fountain pen. Although the forum user - Haywoody answered the question here , so the credit goes to him.

If you are after a flexible, soft fine nib that has the characteristics of the Namiki Falcon fountain pen and accepts a con-70 converter, then have a look at the custom 742 and 743 Fountain Pens with a Falcon nib. See here and here for further details. Again credit should be forwarded to the original contributors.

Does anyone know if I can use a CON-70 in a Pilot Custom 67? I suspect so, but would love the confirmation.

Thanks,
Adam

Anyone able to answer this?

Thanks!

If anyone has one of these they'd be willing to sell me, or take at trade of a few ink samples for, let me know! Pendemonium used to have them, but not for a while.

Thanks!
