This is both a sketch and penmanship of a sort. I haven't practiced my Japanese in ages, testing out both a new pen and wondering whether my 'writing' is legible.

Domo... you can tell SOMETHING is on my mind.

I can't tell. I see the す is more bold than the rest, so maybe you have a lunch box (笥) on you mind, or moose (麈), or vinegar (醋).

It's legible though.

See, not being all that familiar with 'font' variations, I'm never sure that what I write actually says what I think it's saying....

But it was definitely lunch on my mind.
