I got a lot of these La Swiss roller balls on sale at Christmas for under $30 so I wanted to have some matching fountain pens. Here is what I ended up for my 1st try. Hope you all like.

Side note on this. The threads on this cap are a clear plastic insert glued into the cap of the pen. Never noticed this before but may be another way to get around metal inserts if you cannot tap the cap. Just an idea.

Congratulations Chris, nice sleek "no nonsense" shape& finish, beautifull material.
It looks acrylic, where did you get the material from?
Does the pen use cartridges & converter ?

This is a La Swiss branded pen made by the same people who make Think pens I think lol I just changed it from a roller ball to a fountain pen as I had two roller balls so all I can take credit for is turning the section to take a nib.

I tool the roller ball sectioned and machined it to take a nib and section from a kit pen.

Amazing work, Chris! clap1.gif
I love it when a pen's section matches the barrel and cap.... biggrin.gif
