I guess the title says it all? Thanks.

I don't know the answer to your question but did see a pen listed on eBay with that description. The photo wasn't great so the colour couldn't be clearly determined, but I thought it looked like rose gold and had been incorrectly described. From the couple of examples I have seen silver is clearly marked so I don't think there would be any confusion there.

If you're talking about their metal pens made in the 1920's,I'm not sure that they did. I have a Wahl-Eversharp gold-filled
model with a greek key pattern on the cap and barrel that is a green-gold while the nib is a yellow gold.

No white gold in the 1921 or 1929 catalogues. I think white gold a possibility but, very unusual. Like Sheaffer making an all 18K paladium white gold pen in 1928, very unusual.

Yes, Wahl did make white gold filled pens and pencils.
I have only seen them in the small ringtop size, however, with the 0-size nib. They are fully marked "WHITE GOLD FILLED". Would love to get an example in a larger size -- keep me in mind should you find one!
I have a small personal sub-collection of white gold filled pens. Conklin made some, as did Eisenstadt.

I have yet to have the pleasure to handle one of the a metal pens so described, but have handled what i believe to be a white-gold 14k Skyline nib.

Yes, the white gold Skyline nib is a known variation.
But caution is in order: it is possible that these nibs are actually plated with platinum or palladium or some other similar platinum-group metal. This is the case with the big (#8) Onoto nibs that also appear to be white gold at first glance.
