Just a little bit more than the starting bid plus postage.
As a coincidence, I just closed a deal on the green version of the pen in the auction. Although not protected from the ELEMENT, it is in the box with the instructions.

I see the auction is over but since I like to throw in my 2 cents..............$20 would have been my max due to almost $10 to ship
If I found one in the wild in good shape I would pay up to $30
The final price didn't seem that outrageous, though the shipping was rather high. And the absurd estimated worth doesn't really instill trust in the seller.
