Hello to everybody. Discovered this group about 6 months ago and just recently got around to joining.
Retired from 25 years in nuclear power where everything was "black ballpoint pen" and am enjoying the
pleasure of REAL pens now.

Regards to all and looking forward to a new experience.

Welcome to the forum and say goodbye to the black ball points. Any chance of a nuclear powered pen?

Hi and welcome. If you're looking forward to a new experience, I'm sure you'll find it here. A great new hobby, especially for those of us now having a bit more time on their hands...

Thanks and no nuclear pens (you wouldn't want the paperwork that would come with them). ohmy.gif

Thanks, my last use of real pens was high school drafting (LONG time ago). It has taken several weeks of browsing through the forums for me to realize the depth and diversity of equipment and personalities. So many hobbies, so little time.

enjoy your new pleasure after years of hard work

I hope you find the perfect pen (and that you get to play with a hundred or so before hand to make it more fun when you finally discover it)

Thanks for the welcome. As for the job, exciting is a relative term. Just have to remember that the grass is always greener over the septic tank. wink.gif
