After finding neutral to positive reviews on this seller here on FPN I went ahead to purchase 10 of his cheap Hero 616's.

When going to process payment, Ebay comes back and says he is no longer registered. On their help page, Ebay recommends "NOT" processing a payment for a seller that is no longer registered.

Anybody else run across this???

I'm not going to pay and assume my Ebay status won't be damaged. I can always get cheap 616's from other vendors.

If they aren't registered, you can't get bad feedback. In fact, now that eBay has changed their rules, a seller can't give a buyer negative feedback (as I understand it).

I have seen "no longer registered" sometimes used to mean "they haven't paid their bill yet," so you might want to wait a few days and see if they re-appear. I certainly wouldn't pay until they're in good standing with eBay though.

Talked to them, they got temp. suspended by ebay. I have a fairly expensive sale in process with them.

Don't worry.

You can't really judge a seller until something goes wrong. I had a problem with a shipment from gotoschool888, and it was fixed promptly, at the seller's expense. You can't ask for better than that...

I hope their problems are solved quickly.

I found that his speed of response, quality and service were perfect.

Whew! I've got a pack of ten Heroes on the way, and agonised over ordering those. Glad to hear that people's experiences are largely positive and that this is probably just temporary. I was looking on the initial purchase as a test, as he does have some interesting pens.

he is at least nice enough to send an email addressing the issue.

My account on ebay has been suspended twice in the time that I have been registered there. Both time for completely wacky things that had nothing to do with me.

I also have an order pending from gotoschool888. I have dealt with him (David) in the past and found everything satisfactory, and I'm sure my pen is on its way.

I recieved my pen on the day GotoSchool888 was withdrawn. No problems there at all. Very quick delivery actually. Unless I hear something major against them, I'll buy again when they're re-listed.

I've also heard good things about gotoschool888, I hope they aren't damaged by this.

My 10-pack of Heroes arrived today! If the gotoschool888 gets relisted, I'll certainly be using him again.

Hi there Can i reassure you that this company are one of the best that I have dealt with on ebay. I have bought at different times about 10 F/Pens and I have yet to have a problem of any kind.
