In the course of cleaning my Pelikan GO to change ink colors, I managed to drop it on the bathroom tile floor and bend the nib.....
I called Chartpak figuring it might cost me more than I paid for the pen to have the nib fixed....
I was told send it in there is no charge to replace the nib...
I mentioned that it was GO and not a US sold pen and that I did the damage and it was not a fault of the pen.... NO PROBLEM we will fix it under warrantee...
What more could any customer ask of a company.... it will be going out tomorrow....
The other good thing is... it was not my daughter's pen.... I would have never heard the end of that...
