Is there an FA nib available that I could buy and screw into my custom 823?

Full Version: Pilot fa nib and PILOT CUSTOM 823 Fountain Pen
I'm not sure if Pilot sells nibs individually but the Custom 743 offers the FA nib in the #15 size that will fit the Custom 823.
Pilot does not sell parts or nibs individually in Japan, unfortunately 
This has been brought up before. Has anyone actually done it????
I've previously swap nibs with a bamboo and 742 so it shouldn't be a problem between a 823 ans 743.
I'm really tempted to try it, but its springing for both pens that makes it a bit of a pricey proposition.
