An unrestored Esterbrook in Black Hard Rubber has surfaced on eBay, but the cap doesn't have a clip. The imprint on the body does say Esterbrook, but I thought all Esties had clips?

Interesting. However, it definitely looks like the wrong cap- chased cap, smooth barrel. Plus, the proportions look off. Cap is too long relative to the exposed barrel when capped. Could be a HR dollar pen body.
