I just got one of these nifty items from Levenger. I like it a lot.

I bought one of these for my Mom for Mother's Day. It's a great way to keep her good pens at easy reach. I'm thinking about getting the Morgan Desk Unifier for myself at some point.

However, if i go that route I will probably just ask my wife to throw me one on her pottery wheel instead of using the leather cube.
