1. From the #3776 Presidential Collection I bring you the PTB-10000B! It's with a gold trim band, clip and a 14k gold nib. Just like the Green Neon, it's 137mm capped and 150mm posted. I tried my best with the pictures for you.

2. Here's a close up of the nib. To identify a Japanese broad nib, the character symbol resembles a lower case 'T' doing splits. I like these nibs because they run more of a medium European nib since Japanese nibs run narrower than most. It's a semi-flexible nib, and quite nice actually. The main difference between the Neon pens and the Presidential is the 14K nib. This is it!

All Platinum pens come NOS with a spare black cartridge and a converter for bottled ink.
