Hello everyone,

By mistake I threw out one of my Kohinoor rapidograph refillable cartridges. Any ideas on how I can replace it? Am I just going to have to buy another pen?

Thanks!

I just looked at one of mine, and I think you're probably out of luck. You might be able to replace it with something like a sawed-off Sheaffer cartridge, but the fit would have to be PERFECT or you'll have ink all over the place. The real cartridge has a ridge at the end to prevent it from slipping away from the nib, and any substitute would lack that.

You can get 7-pen sets of Rapidographs on eBay for about $35 - that would give you lots of spare parts. Or if you'd rather avoid eBay, find a local Michael's store and look for a "Rapido-craft single pen set" - about $20. In either case, the cartridge is compatible and then you'd have a spare nib, which you'll need to replace at some point anyway...

Have you contacted Koh-I-Noor and asked about ordering a replacement part?
