This little ring-top has no markings except on the nib where it says Sheaffer No.2. The lever has a round part with a laurel wreath on it. Does anyone know if it is a Sheaffer or just a little no-name pen with a Sheaffer nib?Click to view attachment

My money is on a no name with a Sheaffer nib. I've a few with a lever like that and usually they have poor quality nibs - this one's had the upgrade!

Yea, that's not a Sheaffer Lever.

Not a sheaffer, but a pretty neat pen. I like the laurel pattern on the lever.

Laural pattern on lever tabs are often seen on Eclipse pens. There is only one Sheaffer with a tabbed lever and that is the cherry or royal blue pygmys. There is nothing but the nib that is Sheaffer here. I like Eclipses - very colorful pens. For an Eclipse an Eclipse nib is as acceptable as a 14K warranted so for it to have a Sheaffer nib, ah so what.
