Hi, I'm new to this board, and I was wondering if this ink trading program was still available? Thanks! Liz

Hi,

I'm the vial distributor of the FPN Ink Trade program. First of all, I'd like to welcome you to the colourful world of fountain pen inks. If you want to participate, you will have to get these leakproof vials which can be just closed, dropped into a padded mailer and mailed without fear of breakage, high shipping costs, or leakage. The cost is 10¢ each+first class mail shipping costs.

Be sure that the cap of the vial is firmly seated on the vial mouth. smile.gif That will prevent leaks.

When you see an ink in the comprehensive list of tradeable inks that you would like, politely PM or email the owner of the ink and ask if they would like to trade.

We at FPN would like you to have fun with your inks. Enjoy!! smile.gif

Dillon -

Rumor has it that you are STILL the keeper of vials, so my appeal is addressed to you. Assuming the cost is the same (if not, just let me know), I'd like to order 30 vials or so ... How can I get you the $$$ and how much should I include for shipping?

Cheers,

French Connex
Dillo
Hi,

Of course. smile.gif I'm here. smile.gif It's my job of course since I have all that space for stock of thousands of vials. I, of course, enjoy it.

Just out of curiosity, what is the capacity of the vials? I imagine 1-2 mL, but I thought I'd ask.
Dillo
Hi,

7 Ml, but I recommend only filling it up with 5 Ml because the nib takes up space.

The vials are super useful for storing extra nibs as well. I have Pelikan, Bexley and Taccia spare nibs in them.

Are these still available if so I would like to get some. Is there a recommended quantity to participate in the ink exchange program? How much would shipping be?
Jimmy James
I bought 50 from Dillo and I think it came out to a total of around $9 with everything.
