Today, fresh out off the UPS truck, along with new Conway Stewart pens for several of our clients, there arrived my own personal brand-new Duro Heritage. I am seriously in love. After having sold all those cool pens, I get to keep this one, and it's one wicked gorgeous pen. It's the perfect size, and it's not weighted to make it seem more substantial than it really is (which is very substantial). I can write all day long with it.

I haven't had time to photograph my own Duro Heritage yet, so this photo is actually of the prototype that Mary Burke sent me to photograph before the series became available. But they're the same except that mine is Number 100. wub.gif

I like it Richard. I like it a lot.

At present the only modern CS I have is a Duro in mottled red ebonite but it might be time for another.

The chasing on that pen looks great.

That's an eye-catcher for sure! Congratulations.

Edit: And welcome to the club smile.gif

Richard,

Congratulations -- you deserve it (and many more besides)!
Elaine
It's so nice to see that kind of styling in a modern pen!

Very good choice thumbup.gif .

My one and only modern Conway Stewart is a Duro in green whirl, serial number 40, bought for me by my good lady wife as a 40th birthday present.

Enjoy your pen,

Martin
