Hi, I discovered with joy that my parents had a Mont Blanc fountain pen in their garage. I believe it hasn't been used for 7+ years.

Am I right in saying this is the 144 Meisterstuck classique model? What would be its valuation?

I've cleared and cleaned it all, and let water through the spring mechanism cartridge and nib. I can write with it as shown, but the flow doesn't seem to be quite there. Would you recommend some procedure? Should it come back the more I use it? On some strokes the ink just doesn't flow out easily.
