Is the Wality an eyedropper?

I pm'ed you earlier this morning to ask how the Wality pen takes ink. Did you get my message?

The link is not working for me now, but it did this morning.

The Wality appeared to be a clear-barrel eyedropper - probably a 69L. It takes ink like a bottle - you unscrew the section and pour it in (usually with an eyedropper).
