I have just inherited a few Montblanc pens from my grandfathers estate and wasnted to change some of the clips (they are engraved with his company name) on some of them.

Can someone point me in the right direction.

Do you know what models they are? If they're more common (like recent 144s or 146s), then you'll have an easier time finding them. If it's a vintage pen, most folks aren't likely to part with their vintage parts. You could check on the For Sale section of this website too. I do recall an eBay vendor who was selling various parts like clips, caps, etc. I believe he is based outside the U.S. but his selection included clips. You could always send them to MontBlanc in Pennsylvania and see how much they would charge to replace the clips but I'm afraid the cost might be more than the pen is worth. I would say send them to MB, I sent one of my pens and they switched the clip for a minimal price. Actually, it was a starwalker grid, and it had seen some use. They switched out everything but the nib for brand new parts for $70... Not bad I thought, especially considering the cap would not even screw on, the body and cap where very faded and beat up, and the clip had my friends initials engraved on it. I kept the old clip, but have a brand new pen now! Give them a call...
