I finally had a chance to get the camera out and snap a few photos of my better pens.
The first is of my lineup and the second is of my Signum Nova cinnamon.
The line up pic contains: (l to r) Monteverde Black Tie,Visconti Van Gogh,Monteverde Rose Gold,Signum Nova,Conklin Forest Green Glider and Cross ATX matte black.

Not the best photos but my lighting was bad and i only used my 35-80mm Nikon zoom.Once i locate my other lense then i will try to get better closeups. I'm not into macro photography (actually i shoot architectural and industrial photos-look at some for ProTech Industries which are of truck boxes and diamond plate-a few of those are mine).

The Signum is my favorite right now but i hope to add a few more pens in the coming months.

Nice pics but next time could you shrink them down so not as much lateral scrolling is necessary for viewing.

No problem! The first time I posted a picture it was almost 28 inches across biggrin.gif I knew something was wrong when it took a few minutes to upload. biggrin.gif ohmy.gif I got a freeware program called irfanview that does a great job of cutting a pic down to size. Once I do a picture I put it through that to make sure my Avatar is the right size.

There...how's that? A bit smaller for the those of us who are monitor-challenged. smile.gif

Nice photos, by the way. I like the color of that Visconti. What is that color called?

You are clearly not a "small-pen" sort of guy are you?

Hi Jim,

Very nice pens and pics!

Just FYI: if you make the pics a maximum of about 800 pixels wide, most everybody can see them nicely, while you can still preserve the details.

HTH, and thanks for sharing!

Thanks to all for the advice.I also need to remember that the pics can be a bit larger as opposed to the Avatar pics. Guess i keep thinking of small terms! Thanks Ted,those are just the right size!!!

The color of the Visconti Van Gogh is called sandal brown. As for smaller pens, you are correct. I like a pen with a bit more heft. Small pens seem to slip and slide away from me or that i need to be gentle with them. Guess thats my manner, hehe.

Next time i will try harder to make my pics the right size the first time around!!
