Can someone point me to an oinline site that has the best price on Chuirchills?
I would like one in the ebonite but some other colors are nice as well.

I recommend Binder. He will check out the pen and make sure you don't get stuck with any of their occational shortcomings. He can also special grind the nib if you want. I would NEVER buy a Stewart from anywhere else... they have too many quirks.

Hello Jorge,
So long as you purchase a Conway Stewart writing instrument from an authorized dealer, I don't think that you will be anything short of happy. You can go to the USA distributor's web site - Luxury Brands, LLC - and there you will find a list of CS dealers. Their prices are all fairly competitive.
A few models of the CS pens had some problems with ink sac and feed combination reliability back in 2002-04. Those have been well addressed by the engineers and corrected so that problems are now few and far between.
I don't know what an "occational" shortcoming is, but I do know from my recent experience that Conway Stewart reliability is on par with Pelikan, Montblanc, Waterman, and Parker - all of whom have warranty repair just as Conway Stewart offers. I can say from experience that I don't think current manufacture Conway Stewart writing instruments have "too many quirks." I have nine fountain pens and seven have either a matching rollerball, ballpoint, mechanical pencil, or combination and I haven't noticed any quirks.
There is one extra as far as service is concerned that I feel is a plus for Conway Stewart. Mary Burke, the moderator of this forum, is the US Marketing & Sales person for Conway Stewart. If you scroll through this forum, you will see one or two instances of Mary asking for a person to contact her back channel so that she can help to solve any problems one might have with a Conway Stewart writing insrtument.
So order your Churchill (I have two) and enjoy writing with it. They are beautiful fountain pens.
Peace,
