I measured the pen and decided #5 O-rings were correct. Wrong.
Tried again with #47, wrong again. I think I have some 36's or something around, but I'm betting they're too big as well. These are all 1/16 thick, are there thinner o-rings?

I'm wondering the same thing. If anyone knows, please speak up!
On a side note, are O-rings really necessary for Preppies? I have 2 that I am using sans O-ring with silicone grease only and I have had no leaks so far around the section. (Be warned, however, that CRACKS can and will develop in the barrel if you tighten the barrel too much. I had to seal a couple of these with shellac.)
