Perhaps your e-mail got stuck in a spam filter somewhere. Have you tried calling them?

What experiences have any of you had with repair service from Luxury Brands? I sent a Kaweco Al-Sport in for repair/warranty work (missing plastic cap insert) back in March. As we draw closer to 2 months and I haven't seen the pen yet I'm getting concerned. I sent an email to Dick at Luxury Brands asking for a confirmation that they'd received it and what the status was. I haven't received any response. If the pen had to make the voyage across the pond and back I understand it'll take some time. But I would like to know what's up.
My intent isn't to bash Luxury Brands. Mistakes happen and emails get overlooked. Right now I'm just looking for ideas or suggestions on what to do or how to proceed. I miss my little silver Kaweco!
