As part of my new role (Jury Trial Scheduler) I will be handing out out dates in court a lot, I usually have several pages of printout which is A4 in size that I take nots on, have information on, and use, as well i need calendars, penss, cards, etc with me.

I want to keep all that in a device that is handy, useful, robust, has some elegance, like a paper laptop I guess. I want it to be secure-zip would be handy, I need to be able to add to it, subtract from it and etc.

At the moment I am playing with the idea of a leather filofax-but would like other options, it does need to be large and portable, if it does not take A4 then it is useless to me.

If anyone has used, or seen devices that might fir the bell-please let me know!

ps: I use fps in court so paper (if its included) should be FP friendly.

Cheers

I use an A4 Filofax for my student notes. It is a good solid folder that holds a goodly quantity of A4 sheet.

Its very robust and looks smart too. Mine has some interior pockets and also the inside back cover holds an A4 pad.

I highly recommend this product, and I've been using it for several years.
