Loads of them on Ebay. Mostly stainless. Once in a while, you'll see them in matt brown, and on nights of a blue moon, gold/brown highlights - but these are usually located in Europe or Taiwan.

Fine Nibs are common, once in a while, you'll see a medium.

I have one. As you can see, the shell's finish is worn where it's mated with the inner cap.
