Recently stumbled over this board while searching for info on a fountain pen up for auction. The pen was rubbish but this resource is fascinating.

It all started with a Christmas card from a friend who enjoys calligraphy, beautiful, so the stationary shop voucher I got for Christmas was used to by a set of calligraphy pens and some books.... I would be much better off with a fountain pen set for calligraphy (Manuscript) and then I had to have one for everyday writing....well actually two.... (Parkers) they get lonely you know.

Hey! how did that Sheaffer sneak in here.

Might be nice to have a small display of interesting fountain pens to show visitors, keep them amused you know.... hmm, OK a quick search on Ebay won't do any harm.

I think I can feel a new obsession coming on.....

But I can stop any time...

Welcome to FPN. I know how you feel about the pens sneaking in. I had a couple of them, and that was just fine with me. Well, maybe I should try one other kind... and that one's really attractive, and on sale! etc.
