I want to write like this:

Is this a certain script? and if so, are their lower case letters to go with it?
To learn to write like that I just... copy, right?

To my (untrained) eye, it looks like Spencerian. There is a number of full exemplars for that style and a few others at www.iampeth.org.

PS - The name on the page results in this brief biography on Zanerian. They are a school of both Spencerian and Ornamental Penmanship (Copperplate). http://www.zanerian.com/Bloser.html

Hope it's alright to ride on this thread. I would also like to know what script / font this one is:
jamesf
That would be P22 Cezanne:

Titivillus

I'd bet it is Zaner-Blosser capital letters and they still make materials so do a search for them.

Just a small correction - Ornamental Penmanship is an embellished, more ornate version of Spencerian script. Copperplate is the name give to the style of writing which attempts to emulate copper plate engraving. The drawn form is known as Engravers or Engrossers script. The comparisons are demonstrated here -
