I have a EF-nib Charleston in which I've been using Waterman's Blue-Black. It writes great, but I'm getting a little bored with the color. Has anyone tried Private Reserve Ink in a Charleston? I've heard PR gets great reviews, but I've yet to buy a bottle. Thanks for your advice!

Yes! one of my favorite PR Colors, Black Magic Blues, is often loaded in my Waterman Charleston with a F nib and in my broad cursive italic Charleston. It writes great. I've also had no problems at all with Lake Placid Blue, Spearmint and Chocolat in the Charlestons. I haven't tried any other colors, so it's not like there were problems - PR inks are excellent (well, except Dakota Red, but that's a different story)!
