To Our FPN Customers:

Pendemonium will be attending the Chicago Pen Show this weekend, May 2-4, 2008 at the Westin O'Hare Hotel in Rosemont, IL. In fact, we're taking our entire Fort Madison staff to Chicago, the closest show to us. Our retail shop in Fort Madison will be closed Friday through Monday.

Please note that starting around midnight Thursday, May 1st, orders will NOT be confirmed until we return from the show. Email inquiries will be answered, but please be patient and expect up to 24-48 hours for a reply. We will get back to everyone and we will confirm all of your orders as quickly as we can upon our return! Needless to say, shipping will be delayed a few days, but we will work hard to catch that up as soon as we return. We appreciate your patience while we exhibit at the Chicago Pen Show this weekend and look forward to seeing many of you at the show!
