Mary,
Thank you for this tool. I just registered, and it seemed to work well. I have been sitting on the money for a new CS pen. This is just one more reason to pull the trigger.

Very useful! And you don't have to cut up the form sent with the pen! My Doctor's Pen wasn't in the list so I improvised!

Thank you for getting an on-line system of registration for Conway Stewart pens. Mary.
I have just entered three of my pens that I had nearby and the process was easy. My question is, what happens next?
The form states that one will receive notification of having registered, but is there anything else? For example, is there a quarterly or bi-annual mailing that goes out to registrants about upcoming CS product releases or just plain company news? I'm curious to know.
Peace,
Phroneo

Doctor's Pen has now been added to the Limited Edition list.

Ah, a wonderful thing!
I've been staring at the registration card for my Churchill for almost a year and a half wanting to send it in, but not wanting to part with anything that came with the pen.

Have just registered my pens - although I had to class my ebonite Duro as a resin one.

Greetings All,
Mary Burke has done a fine job in putting together the Conway Stewart On-Line Registration function. In my opinion, it is a well-thought and thorough program. Here is what makes me think so:
About 3-weeks ago I registered 3 of my pens. I had just happened to have the boxes for them with all of the information by my side so I put them up on the system. The process of registration was as easy and complete as one could hope.
Just in this morning's post I recieved a packet of information from Mary Burke that had three seperate letters - one for each pen - acknowledging my registration. The letters were personally signed by Mary - I know this because her signature was in a color of ink different than the letter and most certainly signed by hand.
Not only do the letters confirm my on-line reigistration, but it gives one assurance of the Conway Stewart guarantee. It is very nicely done.
Finally, in being true to her position of sales and development for Conway Stewart, the packet incuded some very nice information about other pens in the Conway Stewart offering. I almost wanted to purchase a new pen right then and there. Thank goodness my computer was off!
I think that this is a wonderful program for Conway Stewart - I don't know of another writing instrument manufacturing company that has a vehicle such as this set up for their customers. It is progressive and bound not only to retain customers, but to more develop customer loyalty and increase sales because of word-of-mouth and forum communications such as this.
Job well done, Mary. Thank you.
Peace,
Phroneo

I've just realised that when I registered my pens I didn't receive any acknowledgement either by e-mail or post.

I am glad that the registration system was revised. I tried registering my Dandy six years ago, but the "country" box had a pull-down menu; and it did not have "Philippines" as an option... hence I couldn't complete the registration. Now, the "country" box is open, hence I can list my country.
I'll be registering as soon as I locate the box of the Dandy.
