Hello all

I'm trying to procure a 1st generation Symphony, one that would be exactly as designed by Raymond Loewy, i.e. with a slipper cap, no band and metal threads. How difficult it would be to get one and what's the best place to find one? I try eBay every now and then but no luck...I finally got a later Symphony set at the London Pen Show last year (just couldn't help myself) but still can't find the 1st edition and the more difficult I find to get one the more I want it...Any ideas?
Many thanks for any help with that.

I found examples of all three versions of the Symphony on ebay and the FPN Marketplace throughout last year.
I would also try David I.He always seems to have a healthy selection of Eversharp pens for sale.

Be careful if you really want first generation. Many think the first generation is just the slipper cap. But the very first generation had metal at the threads and later slipper caps had all plastic. I might have a few of the latter to sell but none of the former. I not long ago sold three stickered boxed sets in red, blue and green.
