Anyone had experience with this paper/card stock? Have found a regular source here in Melbourne but not sure how fountain pen friendly the stock is.....

I've used the laid paper, but find it too rough for my taste. FP friendly otherwise though.

I love Original Crown Mill's Cream Laid paper and their Pure Cotton range. There are reviews in the P&PP Review forum.

I use it regularly and like it. I can see why one might say it is "too rough". I think that is a matter of preference. I prefer to say it has texture, one I find satisfactory. As far as, does it take ink well, does it feather, does it bleed through, it is very good on all counts.

I have the laid paper. As it have been said, it has "texture" (horizontal lines). That aside, very FP friendly. One thing though, it is a bit of a pain to write with a fine nib on that kind of paper. Better use a wet medium or something broader.

Thank you for the comments. I'll get a small pack and give it a try.
