I've only just received my shipment; Elaine kindly held mine back until winter agreed to release Nova Scotia from its grip, for frozen tulips are depressing. Since more capable reviewers than I have already said commented in detail on most aspects of FPN Tulipe Noire, I shan't say too much beyond the comments below, apart from noting that I like the ink.
