Since Blue Ghost dilutes the other Bulletproof inks (when not under UV), can it be applied to a Bulletproof stain to dilute it? Can a shirt be saturated with Blue Ghost to tie-up the cellulose to prevent any other Bulletproof ink from adhering?

I know this is expensive to implement and yields a shirt that glows in UV.

I'm not sure that there would not be some wearing off over time just by mechanical action.

As for the glowing shirt most of my white ones do now just normally.

I just did a small experiment with Blue Ghost and a mix of Eternal Brown and Black.

I saturated an area of paper by scribbling over it three times with a pen filled with Blue Ghost. I let it dry a couple of minutes. Then I drew a line over the page, starting in an unaffected area, crossing over the Blue Ghost area, and onto more "untreated" paper. No real difference, but the brown mix did feather some where the paper had been roughened by the preparation. Under cold tap water nothing ran. The brown mix persisted as before.

Possible shortcomings include incomplete saturation with the UV ink, and inadequate dry time. Not a real rigorous test, but I would be surprised if a better test yielded significantly different results.
