It's a piston filler with an 18k medium nib. It's been filled twice with Noodler's Eel Black. Box and papers are included.
It's a small pen: 4.75" long capped, 4.25" long uncapped, and 5.75" long posted. To show relative size, I've shown it alongside a Parker Sonnet.
