Hi, AndyJon, and welcome to FPN.
I don't know which Tombow you have, but a quick check of a few sites indicates that the fountain pen will take the standard short (1-1/2 ") international refill cartridges. You can get them just about anywhere fountain pen cartridges are sold.
I don't know a lot about Mont Blanc, but if memory serves me, I think their cartridge is a standard-size international refill cartridge, as well.
If you have a B&M penshop nearby, maybe take an empty cartridge from your Tombow and go in and see what they have available.
edit: Looking at this again, it sounds like you are looking for a rollerball or ballpoint refill? Try a google search of Tombow refills, you'll come up with lots of choices, many can be had off the 'net. The first site I hit with the search, Colorado Pen, had them all.

i have tombo (tombow) pens.
they are GREAT pens. made in japan.
the tombow fountain pen that i have (OBJECT) takes international refills like montblanc, pelikan, private reserve.
the rollerball is a different story.
there are two places that sell tombow OBJECT rollerball refills (OBJECT is the most commonly found rollerball).
penwa.com has most of the object rollerball refills. tombow makes several colors and point sizes for this pen, including burgundy, violet, indigo, green as well as standard blue and black. penwa.com is the cheapest place to buy them.
pencity.com has a similar selection of tombow rollerball refills.
both these places are reliable and fast. i get my order in a couple days.
what you have to be careful about with tombow pens is that they don't keep any particular pen in release for a very long time, except for the object, and even then, they change penbody colors.
i found this out the hard way -- i had a matte black tombow roller which i loved. i lost it, and i went to buy a new one and discovered that they weren't making them anymore.
tombow makes good stuff. its just hard to get hold of in the US>
hope this helps.
