Well it just was not my day, today I whacked my elbow into a car mirror and knocked my uncapped Montblanc 344 out of my hand and it landed flat on the ground. I did luck out and that wonderfull OBB 14k nib did not get harmed, but it took a chunk out of the section and a good crack in it as well.

Now if anyone might have a section without the nib, or even with, that I could fix this pen reasonably please do let me know.

Next, it appears that this section is screwed into the barrel. What is used to seal this section, just section cement? Will mild heat and section pliers remove this with all luck? If no one has a spare section, I might to try to rebuild it on my lathe as I have enough of the original section to add in a new piece if I have to. However, this will have to be turned down right towards the threads to make it look right and will not be easy.

Please let me know with any other tips or if by luck you just happen to have a section!

Well, sadly I broke the body trying to get it apart! I still have that wonderfull nib in a storage case, the cap and filler is stored away. What I need now is a body and section, which appears very hard to remove from the body itself. What do you happen to have?
