I wonder, is M100 nib compatible with 200 and so on? I'd definitely like to upgrade my coming 100 with something sweet from Richard, but is it possible?

There is a nib interchangeability chart on Mr. Binder's site. According to it a M1xx will fit the following pens M1xx, M2xx, M4xx, M6xx, M7xx Toledo, “1931” and “1935” LEs
Generally, looks like the nib from the higher series won't fit into a smaller pen(e.g. the M2xx will only fit into the M2xx, M4xx, M6xx, M7xx Toledo, “1931” and “1935” LEs)

You can see the entire chart by first clicking on "Pens and Specialty Nibs" in the sidebar, then New Pens>Pelikan>Nib Interchangeability chart(scroll down a little to see it)
