Waterman Le Man 200 Silver Night & Day in ballpoint version is my guess. Mr. Lewertosky will have the last word, though.

That looks like a standard (newer model) Le Man 100 BP in sterling. The first sterling 100s were entirely silver, including the section, barrel butt and cap top, but sometime around the mid-90's Waterman replaced the aforementioned parts with black plastic.

Yes, it's definitely a Man 100 sterling ballpoint. Unfortunately, M.Lewertowski has now sold out of the Man 100 sterling pens. bawl.gif

I figured out that he didn't have whatever it was any more, I just wanted to know what to look for (in the fountain pen version). It's quite striking.
