I can't remember where I got these... I think a fundraiser.... Screw caps one with a ballpoint refill, one unused rollerball refill (Selectip). Seem to be marked with a promotional brand name "Luxury". Black "resin" material. Section screws out to change the refill.
Says Cross on the clip, the cap band and the end of the barrel.
