I've purchased twice from him--he's been great! (No affiliation, just a happy customer.) I purchased some mechanical pencils and FP ink--he shipped pretty quickly (and the items were packaged REALLY well). The items were exactly as described, and arrived in great condition. The shipping was quite reasonable considering it was being shipped from Singapore to the US. Keep in mind, it does take a while for things to get here because of the distance--I didn't choose express shipping for the first purchase, and it took 2.5 weeks from when he shipped it for the package to arrive. (My second purchase was direct from Tay, and I selected courier shipping--more expensive, but only took a few days.) He was really responsive to my questions in email (usually responded within 24 hours), too. I had a great experience, and will definitely purchase from him again! Let me know if you have more specific questions!

He's wonderful, imho. My shipment was eaten by the shipping company's conveyor belt, and he handled it very well and quickly. My poor pen. sad.gif

(I still haven't gotten a replacement for that pen, and it makes me very sad.)

Pensinasia is a reputable online pen store, with a very large range of pens (and unfortunately no prices listed).

Thanks for all the feedback. I'll have to check his site out.

Yep, no prices listed. So I don't bother. I like to browse pen sites, and when I do so, I like to see prices next to each pen. I am not going to email for a price every time I see a pen I may be interested in. I guess it's fine when you are hunting down a specific pen, but not having prices listed will make it very unlikely for browsers to become buyers.

He mostly sells on eBay, where his prices are listed. I use that as a guideline for what inventory he's got in stock.

He does have some incredibly good specials at some times of the year and posts prices then.

Yes, he is a very reliable seller. You will enjoy doing business with him.

I do wish, however, that he posted prices on his website, and that he indicated which of the pictured pens are no longer available.

I purchased a few Pelikan demonstrators from him years ago. The transaction went smoothly, no problems.

I have corresponded with Tay,via email, several times considering some of his Nakaya pens, and he has responded promptly, providing me with price lists which are quite reasonable. Sorry I have not purchased from him, so I cannot speak to that.

You won't get the cheapest price from him, but a very reliable seller. Bought from him once, and will continue doing so.
