Just purchased my first FP (Waterman Charleston-blue with silver trim) for daily use. Using a fine nib for now. So far it is great. I have tried the Waterman Florida Blue cartridges-which worked well- but quickly purchased a bottle of Waterman Havana and Private reserve Lake Placid Blue. Love the PR blue, very good flow and color. Not so happy with the waterman havana. The pen seems not as smooth with it.

Anyone have suggestions for an ink similar to the PR, just in case I venture to a new brand? I like the saturation of this ink and how the pen writes with it.

The Florida blue, the Purple, the blue-black and then, Diamine's inks, any color of your choice. Great choice of pen, by the way...
