I can't find a link, so maybe someone here can help. I'm trying to find some instructions on how to fill the converter for my Waterman. Thanks in advance.

it's fairly straight forward. Install the converter in the pen. then, dip the pen up to the section in ink. The section is the part above the nib, where the nib and feed fit into. Once you've got the pen dipped in ink, take the converter, twist it so the piston goes down, and the air comes out. there should be bubbles if it's installed and done correctly. Then, with the pen still in the ink, twist the converter piston back the other way to fill it, and remove the pen, wipe it, and it should be ready to go.

Please reply if you need further instruction or clarification. Enjoy the pen!

Are there any other tricks that you pros use to not get ink all over your hands when you are refilling a converter?

Wipe the top of the ink bottle with a paper towel before filling a pen. You will touch the ink bottle, and ink on it will get on your hands.
Keep a paper towel handy, and wipe up excess ink from the section, feed and nib as soon as you are done filling the pen. Be careful not to touch the irridium with the paper towel.
Keep a bottle of a good ink remover nearby when filling a pen. No matter how careful you are, sometimes you're going to need it...
