While I still haven't gotten a chance to post some samples of the color online, the new Diamaine royal blue I got looked great first. But after a while, I found the sky blue to be a bit too "sky blue."

I mixed a little bit of Visconti black and voila, a dark green/blue emerged. I assume there's a shade of green due to the yellow content within Visconti.

Anyway, if you've got Diamine royal blue and find it a bit too strong, give that a try! Cheers.
