Hello! Just want to introduce myself. I'm a brand new member of FPN. What a lovely place to stumble upon. I found FPN during a search on the net for information about my newest pen. It's a "Perfecto II Lyx". I bought it in second hand and I don't know anything about it except that it's wonderful to write with. It would be nice to get some info about the pen if there is anyone out there who knows something about it.
I also have an Inoxcrom Caravel 1920 pen and an Elysée pen. I've been using FPs for the last 15 years. I inherited the interest in writing tools from my grand father who worked with map drawing. I watched him use Rotring technical pens and later on he taught me to use them.
This was just a small intro from me.
See you later on!!

Hello Fredrik,
It's always good to hear from one of our Scandinavian cousins, I've often thought our British government could learn a lot from our friends in the north
Hope you enjoy your pens and FPN!
Cheers,
- Stuart

Hi and welcome.
I also have an Inoxcrom Caravel 1920, a recent inexpensive purchase from ebay. Its a cheap MB clone, but it writes very well.
With Inspector Morse now long gone, is Sweden the new crime novel centre of Europe (Henning Mankell, Mari Jungstedt, Stieg Larsson etc)?

Hejdo!
Maybe that's Danish. Anyway, hello!
I found this magical place when I Google-searched "Visconti Travelling Ink Pot." Little did I imagine how that random link would affect my life! Improve my life, I mean; improve!
I lived three months in Goteborg and learned only enough Swedish to speak to a dog: "Slutta, Daisy! Slutta!" (Daisy was a Corgi, and she barked a lot.)
Welcome!

Fredrik, Hello and welcome aboard the FPN! One of my all-time favorite pens from the Pelikan City Series is the "Stockholm." Someday, I really want to come and visit the "Land Of The Midnight Sun." It's one of my favorite places.

Hej och väkommen Fredrik!
I have also a Perfecto II, with a flexy 14 K nib. According to pen historian and seller Pär Strand in Gothenburg it´s a German pen from about the second half of the 1950s. It got it´s name stamped on it when imported to Sweden.
