Well,
what can I say? Life's strange and I believe that when something unexpected happen, you should take the opportunity on the fly!
I am long looking for good deals on Optimas and Pelikans. Tonight I was looking especially for Optimas review on FPN, put "Aurora Optima" in the search engine and here I am. And guess what? I have purchased in January this 30's Balance Set, after a snorkel I particulary like, used once and almost forgot about it!!
Now, I never sold or traded one of my pens, but I think this is a "god sent" occasion... then I am ready to do it.
To the business, here's the description of the original seller:

Pen body is in very good condition, the nickel plated trim has light surface wear. Matching pencil is 500 model - a few small dings, tiny
scratches to top of cap but pretty much disguised by the pattern and the cone has a tiny patch of brassing. MAKE: SHEAFFER

MEASUREMENTS PEN: 5 & 1/2 inches (14 cm)
PENCIL: 5 &1/4 inches (13.5cm)

FILLING SYSTEM: Lever filler. Pencil mech is twist activated.
CONDITION: Very good. And here's a couple of pics (again taken from the original seller).
Click to view attachmentClick to view attachmentI used the pen only once, filled with Pelikan Royal Blue. Actually it came with me in a trip to London (again another strange coincidence...). Then I carefully washed and put in my desk pen exposer. It writes amazedly well and promptly for such a old pen. Of course the mecanics and the sac where serviced.
Now, would you trade my set with two out of three of your pens? I'd like the blue Aurora and the Pelikan.
Please let me know.
Best regards,
